FAQ
For my digital art, I am currently using a Wacom Intuos Draw. As for the program, I'm still experimenting so feel free to send me suggestions! I'm using Krita at the moment and I love how easy it is to use, especially since it's been a few months since I started doing digital art.
As for traditional art, sometimes I use copic ciao markers, however I mostly use my Holbein half pans for watercolour and Moleskine watercolour sketchbook. Holbein is amazing for quality in terms of quality - very intense and vibrant colours, however it may be a bit pricey. Still a bit on the fence about Moleskine but it does the job - the paper doesn't buckle too much and can handle watercolours pretty well.
There are actually so many things that inspire me! I'll try to make a list below but it might end up being pretty long haha...
- Movies/ TV shows - My favourites at the moment are Stranger Things, Voltron, Terrace House, How to get away with Murder & Studio Ghibli.
I watch a lot of Kdrama as well so you might see the occasional Korean oppa lol 😂
- Speaking of which... music! BTS has been a huge source of inspiration lately, mostly because of how they view things in life and the message that they send through their songs.
- People that I find interesting / inspiring
- Places that I'd love to visit someday
- Delicious food
- People in everyday life
- Prompts from other people - sometimes I like to join contests, collabs with other artists or do challenges like #drawthisinyourstyle or #3wordocchallenge
I have a pinterest full of drawing inspiration if you were curious, who knows, maybe you might find something that inspires you 😜
